I informed the executive fo Creditt about the same and requested him to give sometime so i could have paid the loan after my salary. He was so abusive and he started sending messages to all the contacts from my contact list stating i have taken a loan from them and ignoring their calls and messages, Wherein i have always answered their calls and messages. I had file a police complaint for this unethical and illegal practices of collection for defaming the borrower in the society. They must have defamed many other borrowers who has intentions to pay the loan but due to consequences they failed to do so. As a consumer i expect justice from you this defamation has spoiled my and my family image in this society. Kindly find the attached documents and help me in getting justice.”

   I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?

   Or did they change their permissions after all these reports

   While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
