I had purchased an AC from Flipkart with the payment option of ZEST Money, faulty product was sent to me by Flipkart and denied refund.

Text of Complaint by Angan Roy:

I had purchased an AC from Flipkart with the payment option of ZEST Money from Flipkart’s website, The AC was a faulty product that was sent to me by Flipkart. Flipkart also charged me 1178 for demo and 27799 for the AC. When the Flipkart representative came to give demo and installation of the product he found it be dead and faulty and he himself has returned the product and later on the product was picked up by Flipkart.

Flipkart took 28977 from Zest Money for the entire product and demo but they had only returned Rs 27799 ( proof attached). As a result zest money forced me to pay 2658 for the service provided to Flipkart. I tried to explain to Flipkart to pay Zest Money the whole amount and settle the matter as Zest Money is a lending partner of Flipkart. But they tried to cheat me and did nothing in this matter.
