I had ordered few items from pohunch .com on 11th Dec for Rs 980 through BHIM UPI. Money got deducted from my account but website did not confirm the order

Text of Complaint by Sujit Kumar Thakur:

On 11th Dec I ordered grocery item for Rs 996. The money was paid through BHIM UPI and I received confirmation message from my bank but pohunch website reflected the order as pending.
I called them multiple times on given number but did not get connected to the customer service I also mailed them several times but received no response from pohunch. Please help me with refund of my money.

  1. Same ordered from pohunch for 463 For Nivea Lotion. Money deducted but order failed. No response from their emails or calls. Pls helps
