Recently i had bought acer tv on flipkart on 20th April,Installation done on 24th April,Picture Quality of the product is too worst and my old sansui tv is better than this acer tv, I don’t want this type of product,Here it showing only replace not refund,But i dont want this product,I want refund,On may 1st i am placed a replace but it was cancelled by the seller,Why he/she cancelled my request,without satisfaction how to kept this type of scrap product at my home, and i dont want replace i want refund ASAP,

If you are not prepared to give services along with a crappy product. Then please delay your product launch.
I bought my Acer TV from Flipkart, it was delivered to me on 21st October, it was wall mounted on 22nd October, it stopped working on 23rd October and I called the Customer Care number on 24th October because Flipkart asked me to connect with the company. (All dates are for the year 2023)
Now the above timeline is important because Acer GUARANTEES 7 days replace. After 24th I got 3 calls from 3 different technicians and finally one person came on 28th October, 2023.
The service center and customer care is telling me that as the complain date is after 7 days, they can only repair the TV. And logically speaking my complain date is 24th October which is the 4th day. But the customer care and service center has denied replacement and also the repair will not be done anytime soon (at least one week more). I am writing tis on 6th November, 2023.
BIGGEST REGRET. I AM NEVER OPTING FOR ACER AGAIN IN MY LIFE.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ACER TELEVISION. Do not waste your hard earned salary money on this piece of crap.
