I had been order a product on 13 march 2019 and payment done by Phonepe and it was successfully credited to flifkart but I didn’t receive any confirmation against the products when I had complaint to customers care Flifkart inform me the amount is pending so they asked me contact Phonepe. When I asked phonepe they gave me full information that the payment was successful along with transaction ID. Then I again complain to flifkart this time also same answer. I had been complaining several time but I did get any response.
