Dear Team,

My name is lalit upadhyay and  a loyal costumer of Amazon from last many years with different number.

I ordered sony wireless Bluetooth on 19 may 2021 and get delivery on 21 may 2021. On the same day within an hour when I opened box one side Bluetooth part was not available at there defined location. Just same time I call to costumer care and didn’t tried to dispatch all tape and packing of box down the device. I complaint to the costumer care related to the part missing and Amazon executive raised a request for investigation and asked me to wait till 27 may. When I called to Amazon on 27 they said we can’t replace or refund for this product and suggest me to call to sony manufacturer.
On the same time around 11:30 of 27 may I called to costumer care of sony and they assure me for return and replace but they asked me to check the complete box of Bluetooth. I take the confirmation before break the seal of complete box and when we opened the box beyond / down the Bluetooth we found the other part of the Bluetooth device.
Now I am more concern about this product because I paid 15000 rs for this product then why should I take used product that’s it. I request many times to Amazon costumer care for to replace the product and take it back with original condition but they didn’t helped me related to the same.
Now I am very upset from the Amazon this has happened 2 time earlier also with me Related to the product issue. So I will now go with flipkart or other online site after getting the refund from Amazon.
I just want to confirm you one thing now I need refund of my product if I didn’t get the same will go for the to nodel officer or grevience dept after that will surely case in consumer forum.
I attached the screen shot of product details, invoice of the bill nad other required things please find these all and refund my money in my account and get back your product from me.
