My name is Jaydeep Talukdar , I ordered a Desktop Ram from amazon on 16/10/2020 , after I received the product the box was empty , I called the Amazon customer care no after I called them they told me that my problem will be solved within 4 days so I waited till 4 days but after I called them on 27th October, 2020 they are telling me neither I can get any refund nor I can get a product which is very disappointing for me.
I received the product on 21/10/2020.

I purchased “X96 Android 10 4GB 32GB Android TV Box Supports JIO TV HotStar Thop TV PlayStore Miracast UHD 6K 4K 1080P WiFi Smart TV Box ” worth of Rs.3599/- with Amazon and received the incomplete order only with few cables on 06-01-2021. However I have informed the customer support immediately after receiving the order. But agent kept transferring the chat and finally informed for the resolution on 09-02-2021. My question is why they need so much of time for that. I am a long time customer for years, I don’t wish to loose my hard earned money. I can go any extent to get my money.
