So yesterday i made an order from swiggy and it was paid through upi. Their delivery partner came near the given address and handed it over to some stranger without even asking the person his name for confirmation if the order has been received by the correct person. Now when i reached their help centre they were not even listening to my problems correctly and were just saying me to go to their mail id and express my complaints, i did that thing aswell and today i got a reply from them which says “Your Swiggy order was delivered on time” and thats it then i tried reaching their help centre again and same thing no response other than “please express your concerns on our email id”. Please try to understand the situation that iam a student who lives away from my family and i get very limited amount of money every month. I hope some serious actions are taken from your side against them and i get my money back.
