I booked an Oyo ,and when i went to that hotel ,the person demanded more money ,so I called customer service and they cancelled my booking and said that all the money will be refunded ,but it didn’t got refunded and after that day I called Oyo customer service 15-20 times a day and they just kept fooling me around ,by saying that your call will be redirected and kept me on hold ,but it never got redirected and call got disconnected ,this is the worst customer service i ever faced ,i want to get my refund asap.
