I ordered a product from zepto and i did not get delivery the delivery time kept on increasing everytime and when i reached customer support to resolve the issue they told they are trying and its been more than an hour the order is placed i don’t see any update in the order status and the delivery time is just keep increasing and customer support later asked my permission to cancel the order so my concern here is that if they did not want to deliver the product why did they take the order confirmation and made me wait for more than an hour if this was informed earlier or if they do not take my order i could have ordered from other apps. They wasted my precious time and did fake promise to deliver the product and build the expectation and at the end they disappointed me. This zepto needs to be penalised. This is not just my story its been happening with many people but nobody talks. Just take this matter seriously and take strict action.
