I converted my vi postpaid number to vi prepaid on visiting your vi care South extension. Your vi care rep check details and advise to deposit ₹200/- for the same, but vi postpaid care rep are calling & messaging me to paid ₹141/-. They are puzzling me for payment whereas I had paid. Please do the needful help.

After paying ₹200/- I got converted my vi postpaid number to vi prepaid number, but vi postpaid rep calling & messaging me to deposit₹141/-. Please solve the problem.
