I stay in Ballari, Karnataka. I am customer of Vodafone. On testing the internet speed in My Vodafone app the speed of download is 16mbps but the images in Instagram are not even loading. Even on calling the customer care number i.e, 9886098860 and 198 on selecting the option of taking to the executive, the call of not getting connected to then. Even I am unable to send SMS.
