I called paytm since January for de-link my KYC documents ( Aadhaar+ PAN card ) .I called every day in customer care and they hold my call for 1hours+ and didn’t resolve my problems in 3 month. Sometimes they said that my kyc documents has been delinked and sometimes they said the kyc is not delinked. i have call recording of paytm customer service agent . they do not resolve issue on spot call but every agent said that our concern team will call you in 4 hours but no call received by my side.
