I booked hotel online by OYO by name kiran sugandhe my husband on 13th nov 2021 and make payment for 2 rooms in advance but when visited hotel they inform no room available n they r not returning money.I paid full charges for 1 room Rs.1413/- and for 2nd room half charges Rs 486 i paid.for booking of 14th Nov 2021 But when we reached hotel they shown board ,”OYO BOOKINS NOT ACCEPTED” and there is no rooms.they send 2 sms 1-Hello Kiransugandhe,
