I booked a flight ticket from paytm having free cancellation travel pass before 3 hrs departure of flight but when i am going to cancel the ticket before 6 hrs they are saying that you are not eligible for refund.

Extremely disappointed with @PaytmTravel. I bought a Travel Pass for ‘Free Cancellation,’ cancelled my flight 6 hours before departure (well within the 3hr limit), and yet I’m being denied my refund. This is a clear breach of trust and terms. Solve this immediately or I am taking this to the Consumer Forum. #PaytmScam #ConsumerRights”
