Text of Complaint by Shobhit:

The issue that I have experienced was: On 23th of March my unlimited pack got expired. So i tried to recharge my account using paytm upi for rupees 399, 1st i tried on 24th March to recharge at 9:12am the amount got deducted but recharge didn’t happened.

Again i tried at 10:01am to do recharge again and same thing happened and amount again got deducted. After that i got frustrated and then i did the recharge through my debit card at 10:25am and then it was successful.

So, two times i did failed transaction and my 798 rupess deducted through bank. So i want my money back in account its a request please see my concern as soon as possible.

I don’t want anything like “this will be adjusted for the future recharge “i don’t want that i want my money back that’s all. I want my 700 rupess which i paid through paytm upi back in my bank account. No other thing

It occurred on: 24/03/2020

This affected me because: it feels like fraud with me and i lost my 700 rupees . i think it is a reputated and a big comapany there is possibility that they are taking time to respond due to covid -19 issue.

thats why i waited for 4 days although i had mailed there customer service 3 times and triedto contanct them for almost 30 times and every time they are busy or they are not responding. i waited for long now i want something.

I want my money back in bank account. i don’t want them to add these in next recharge or something. i want my money back in my bank account

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
