Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Digital TV
The issue that I have experienced was: I have opted for relocation service. So I was told by the airtel Customer Care team that I will be charged 400 for De-installation and Installation. So today ( Sep 17 2020) Service technician came and did the service and charged 850 in total. I had a doubt at that time to call customer care and confirm but I did it later after completing my works. Later on my electricians hammer was missing. So it gave me more doubt on that person.
It occurred on: 17/09/2020
I want this to be sorted out by handing over the technician to police and giving me my money..I am serious about this issue. I may raise a consumer court case on this for sure if this is not sorted. He had stolen a thing from my home. (hammer). His hammer was broken I observed it so he would have made a replacement. And when I called him and asked him about this the guys was unprofessional/Rude using Bad Words and his name was Ranjth. How can we allow a person like this into our home trusting AIRTEL BRAND. Seriously this is a Crime actually.
