Dear sir / madam
Sorry to sending this mail to your attention. I am otally helpless with Airtel team that they are not listening to customers & network team is also totally adamant on calling customer to solver their issues.
Even though thro mail also, resolution team & experience advise team are convenience customers only.
They are not interested to take customer complaints & they are not having any solution to visit customer place to solver the issues.
Myself given the network complaint for my airtel nos & still the issue is going on & they are not hear to our voice for communication. They are telling they will escalate the issue again & the issues are closed with out customers knowledge.
I tried my best, given sound, harsh words but your teams are not working properly & none airtel team is not following on customer issues.
PS : I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH AIRTEL NETWORK TEAM WORK.
I AM GETTING REPLY MAILS LIKE THIS. I DON’T KNOW HOW TO PROCEED.
