I am paying 20 rs extra every month since April. I called to vodafone customer care they said it is done by me. but I did not do this. vodafone not ready to accept this and they are not telling that,how we can deactivate this.

I am paying 20 rs extra every month since April. I called to vodafone customer care they said it is done by me. but I did not do this. vodafone not ready to accept this and they are not telling that,how we can deactivate this.
