My name is k.sai charan. I am Vodafone network customer (9160387303). Recently i top-up my number into unlimited data plan.
I started browsing but the network is not getting 4g speed not even 3g speed.
I got strucked while im in my work. I raised a issue to the customer care for 3 times. They didnt resolved and further they said that you will get a call from data experts in 48 hours but i didn’t received any call. They are cheating customers .
I got done with this process. Please try to raise an issue about these and try to solve.
