Dear Sir,
I am Rohit Kumar Pal, postpaid user of Vodafone since, 2012.
From past 1 year Vodafone network service has been dropped below standard. and from Past 6 months service is so pathetic to even receive a text message on time and no able to even receive and make a call.
Even after various complaints raised there is no solution provided by them. There claim of NCR fastest 4G seems to be fake as they unable to provide even basic service of text messages and phone call service. They do not have a proper platform to resolve customer issues.
My request it to compel Vodafone to return my bill money of past 6 months as I am able to use zero services of Vodafone.
