I had a moment where I genuinely thought I lost my money because of a technical glitch. I placed a live bet during a cricket match and the page suddenly refreshed. When I logged back in my balance looked lower but I couldn’t see the bet in open or settled history. I was honestly stressed because it was not a tiny amount for me. This happened around 04.02.2026. I contacted support and shared screenshots plus the exact match details. They checked backend logs and found that the bet had actually been voided due to market suspension. The stake was re-credited to my wallet within a few hours. It was scary at first but they did resolve it properly.
