I would like to report this company since they hide details and customer service was too rude.
I bought a dress for my kid from this site after carefully going through the product description. I liked a particular dress and hair accessory which was given the picture. I came down to product description to see what all was included with the dress. Sure enough they had mentioned “Suitable Matching Hair Accessory Complimentary Along with the Dress.”. Therefore I ordered since they will be providing dress and the hair accessory. But when I received the product, hair accessory was nothing like what was shown in the picture (please note nowhere in the product description was it mentioned it wont match the model’s picture). So I called the customer care and the person who spoke was too rude, not willing to listen and said you as customer should not assume yourself and even had the audacity to mention will expect the model’s shoe as well be provided. I told her, I wouldnt assume that since you have not mentioned complimentary shoes provided. She was so impatient, rude, unethical and lacking professional behaviour. She even asked me for 2000rs what else do you expect. Its a customer right to ask questions how much ever they spend and you are not doing them a favour here, its the price you have quoted and not something you reduced for a particular customer. Foreverkidz belittles their customers and treats them unfairly.
Cherry on top, she even said she will not change description on her website even though misleading at that end of the call.
