I ordered samsung level U Bluetooth ear phone with sony truly wireless sports earbuds on 12 August 2019 from site https://acessoriesdeal.com worth rupees 1850/- , which was send by ECOMM express with tracking ID- 8531938920. I got this parcel on 16 August 2019 at 2 PM , which is totally different and wrong product as mentioned at the time of booking. its not fare to send wrong product.I have approached the company but the mail ids are not operational.

I have attached screen shorts, pictures and unboxing video of parcel for your reference. please do the needful as soon as possible so that I can get back right product or my refund of Rupees 1850.
