I am consumer i have ordered Hsrp sticker for my vehicle from bookmyhsrp.com but still i have not received they have given the date of 2nd february i have paid 259 but i did not received Hsrp sticker than i called at customer care no they told to reshedule they have charge Rs 118 they have charge 2nd time then they have given date of 22 february but after that also no resolution i have got i daily call on customer care no and they only give new dates i have almost called them 30 times but no resolution was provided Everytime they say we will deliver on this date everytime they give new dates and when i ask for refund they do not have refund policy so please have look to this issue and take serious action as i have paid money to them but i am not getting resolution as it seems to be a fraud company as they charge money and do not provide sticker and i am providing all proofs with valid receipt and reshedule receipt please take action as they taking money from people but not giving them Hsrp sticker please help ? i have attach screenshot of receipts
