Hi
On 02/10/2022 we have done the booking of HP Gas Cylinder through online payment app SIMPL for Rs 1052.50.
But this booking was never delivered to me. When I contacted SIMPL they said that the payment was successful but when I raised to HP customer care they said the booking was not created.
Neither my gas cylinder was delivered by HP nor SIMPL is refunding my amount. Kindly help
