Dear sir/madam
I have paid 401 on 30th July 2021 which has 1 year subscription for hotstar. After successful recharge also my subscription is not activated.i have launched complaint against the same on 31st July on airtel care but I haven’t got reply from them till date
When I contacted airtel
customer care they only telling me to wait but it’s still not activated. I asked them to refund my money.but they said they dont have facility to refund money. please look into the matter.
