Text of Complaint by Celin Chithra:

I had made a hotel booking on 04-06-2023 through the online booking site ‘Goibibo’ at the hotel ‘Dbrooks elite’. Unfortunately, due to some medical reasons we couldn’t make it to the hotel, so we contacted them to ask for a refund. But the person was being rude and told us that it’s not their concern and we have to ask the ‘goibibo’ help centre. But in the app it shows our booking is already cancelled and they didn’t mentioned any reasons. Kindly help us out to get our money back.
