Hotel owner checkin denied and I also called customer care that time but as of now my issue is not resolved..

This is not my problem. This is the Hotel problem owner said that Hotel is booked for today marriage and he was also not opened the door .. instantly I called the customer care of make my trip . He also called Hotel owner but owner didn’t received the call of customer care .. and unable to provide alternate booking ..then , he mailed me to book another Hotel of same date and amount is fully refundable on providing tax invoice. But that time Hotel was not showing on make my trip on my nearby location.
I mailed to make my trip .. but as of now my money is not refunded. In case of booking was cancelled by me then it is not refundable.. this is not my fault. I reached on Hotel but owner denied for checking at 4 am then it is completely fault of Hotel owner… I want my money back otherwise I will take legal action against you.
