Though I had a hard copy of my I’d card, very ignorantly they told it is a soft copy!!!
I use the same I’d for airport identity check and for all the other purposes.

They denied check in simply because I booked through Oyo app where the price was lesser. Kept me waiting for half an hour and then spoke in a very unprofessional manner without any justification denied us check in saying the id card is a soft copy though it was a hard copy.
