Dear Sir/Madam
We booked a hotel in akshi retreat Rishikesh(booking id-HTLDNAQAY47HYZ9J) on 13 aug 2022
While we reached to property for check in ,they denied checkin saying property rejected booking and there is no information provided by them
for cancellation and this very bad situation for us as there is 9:30pm and I tried to contact goibibo support but no response provided by Goibibo.
