Booking ID _ F38S8674 , i have booked one room in oyo while checking hotel people informed me that AC is running little slow so I thought it will start colling later on but after staying their for 1 and half hour that room start burning and i was felling suffocated to breathe there due to humidity i contacted hotel people to change my room but they denied by saying no rooms are available at last i need to leave that hotel
now oyo people are not helping me to get my refund as it was complete waste of my day and my money i have to left that hotel in 2 hrs of time
