Dear Sir,
My self-Mr. Yogesh K. Darade is our IDBI Home loan customer from last 7 years. Beside of that I have sanctioned almost 6 loans from our IDBI bank within this period. My last sanctioned loan amount is Rs.3000000 lacks on 31/12/2017. On 2nd of April I had talk with my Home loan sanctioned agent Mr. Paresh Akolkar and he informed me that you can reduce your Home loan interest rate with conversion process and accordingly on 4th April I have paid the conversion amount for my loan by cheque to reduce the rate of interest in Home branch. Later on after one month i had talk with Mrs. Jyoti madam (operation head of branch) and Kundan and they told me that still it will took 15 days more to conversion process. After that I had talk again with person Kundan then he informed still it will require 8 days more. Then on 5th June again I had a talk with my Home loan agent Mr. Paresh Akolkar then he told that Mrs. Jyoti madam saying that conversion is not possible due to some reasons. This thing I came to know after 3 months with so many follow-ups to bank representatives.
And the worst thing is that when I had the follow-ups they saying it is in process and suddenly on 11th hour they are saying it is not possible. Scheme is already closed and everything.
So I need justice in this case, and I want my home loan interest rate to reduce state. Hope I will get positive response from your side.
