Hii sir i booked my hotel in Oyo at Chandigarh ,so I make payment online in Oyo app but when I visited hotel the receptionist said you are late i give your room to another person so cancel your booking receptionist said , booked your room again indirectly through our hotel I’m 1000 rs. I give 1000 in hotel and when I called in Oyo there is no option available for customer care regarding payment online , oyo send me notifications i return your 161rs refund of against 1100 rs of my online money without check-in ,this is real scam for stolen someone money in zero investment online money

Sir i visit Oyo on 4 JUNE 2022 AT CHANDIGARH AND MY BOOKING ID IS YDNP0541 AND HOTEL NAME IS POP 89531 Hotel Royal Orbit Chandigarh old ambala road near petrol pump , now customer care no response on this in truth he don’t give any answer properly regarding the hotel fault and this hotel is listed on oyo then after i booked and make payment online i have all proof and call recording too.
