this is the second time i m filing complain regarding my vodafone number 7222021011. the response i got from the 1st complaint filed was that If I had exited the vodafone redX plan in 2 days after activation then there has been no exit fee charged. For your kind information If I had known earlier that the plan is running i had done that earlier only but I even was not knowing that the plan is active. I request you to please waive off my exit fees. I am already suffering a great problem because of rendered services of my number. My Documents are linked to that number only and I do not have any alternative number too.
kindly waive off the exit plan fees as soon as possible.
