Request your intervention in the below mentioned matter .
My self Manoj K K , I had been using the Post paid connection from Vodafone Since 5 years. I am not much talkative and my call duration’s are very small. When i received my last month phone bill I was really shocked. Amount is 2500/-. When I contacted the customer care team they told me that I had called Two special Numbers with the duration 150 minutes. But I am Sure I didn’t used that facility. Here by I wished to register a complaint against this improper billing way’s of this company for collecting huge amounts from the customers.Kindly do the needful help me as I have faith in the court.
