Hi

i sumit desor and i have a complaint regarding vodafone.i received my bill very high amount

i told that i never called on  value added services numbers but they are charging for that  and discount is given by the executive when i was trying to pay bill server was down

i told this thing to the team leader  Sourabh and he told me to pay 1900/-  to activate the number and as my number is already suspended 9999925249.

seriously even they dont bother about the customer and i am not new customer i am quite old for the company, actually i want to switch the network and i’ll not refer  any one for such kind of service even they have only one solution pay pay and pay thats it no more solutions.

company’s backbone is customeers so please take care of that dont create the feeling of regret……………………………
