I have been charged for downloading ppu-game from TELESYNC-SOLUTION which i have never downloaded. Rs. 10/- have been deducted from my vodafone account without my concern. I want to file case on company for their frogery.
They have done this multiple times in different ways to capture our money. And we are not able to call the customer service. So, this is our last Hope.
So, please help me to fight against this big company which is making huge profits in crores by deducting 5-10rs from customers.
