On 16th August 2019 I’ve received a product from Heerva which I’ve ordered earlier. I made payment by COD of Rs. 734/- But what I found out is totally a fake product and the product quality is pathetic. So I return the product after contacting them through mail. I request them to return my money but till now they are not refunding. I’ve written many mails but they didn’t respond. So I want consumer court to look into matter and take action against this company for cheating customer and selling fake products.
