I have requested for Topup on Home loan from HDFC bank LTD, as procedural documents they took Blank Cheque along with other documents.
They first deducted my 3800 Rs. and sent me email that we can not process your loan.
How come they charge without giving loan.
We are middle class people, depend on loan if bank start charging like this. how come we believe on bank.

Amount charged: 3800 through ICICI bank Cheque.
Date of Charged: 5th Sep 2018.
I got frustrated by sending them emails, they are not replying.
I need help from you, please take a look and either help me get topup loan or my 3800 Rs. back.
