My name is Shailesh and my credit card number is 5459649200259512 ( HDFC Bank ) , I have given 2 times request to HDFC back for the waived of late payment charge is other extra charges in month of FEB -2018 because I was surfing with some issue , but HDFC bank rejected my both request and did not refund Rs.1000 which get deducted in month of Jan and Feb-2018 .
Due to particular issue I did not pay the amount in this month , but again I checked my balance is -1004 .
Guys what the hell , I will not appreciate , I am your customer and you guys not supporting me for the same .
I want refund my Rs.2000 ( Rs.1000 deducted earlier and now 1004 )
Guys and the low bank our any service provider cannot denied to refund the late payment charges and other charges if customer have issue and now requesting for the gesture .
I will also write to our PM Narender Modi for the same .
Who can we will support to Mr. PM for online transaction if some bank will not ready to support us .
We are also doing timely payment and due to some issue if payment is delayed then you guys not ready to listion .
I will like to go with SBI or ICICI bank if I will not get refund Rs.2000 in my account .
