Basically I ordered something from Lapinoz pizza Jammu from zomato and it maybe hardly took 30-40 secs and I cancelled it due to some issue and the order was pre-paid after that I haven’t recieved the refund yet it’s the 3rd day and zomato is saying that we have used the 540₹ as cancellation fee like seriously? Even the restaurant takes 4-5mins to start the order and they are taking the money for nothing
