I have booked ticket on universal travels via redbus for travel to chidambaram from Nagercoil on 17 Jan 2023. I have cancelled the ticket on 11 Jan 2023 but I haven’t received the refund yet. Redbus says that the refund is initiated but I haven’t received the refund in my account yet. Ticket number TRDN69313783 PNR no UNI467189
