I had booked air tickets for my parents from Air India booking ID: 0987445741255 and 0987445741256 for a trip that was planned for May 2020.
Due to travel restrictions because of COVID and lockdown, no one traveled. I am chasing air India since August to initiate a refund but no reply. I took them to Twitter but they conveniently ignored me.
I kindly request your assistance. Let me know if any more details are needed from my end.
