I ordered a jeans 2 months ago but got different jean from what I ordered.I created return , delivery boy came 2nd day and picked up product successfully but I haven’t got my refund yet.I returned my product on 29th june.I tried alot to talk to customer care but they denied directly we cant help u in this issue please let me know if u want any other help form us.In aap it is showing me your product may lost.How disgusting is this.Who is responsible for this.
I tried to get help from them via chat 8-10 times
I called to their customer care and they said we can’t help u in this issue because we sent right product to you..

First of all I got wrong product and second if you sent right product to me then why you haven’t returned me that picked up product from 2 months and also not gave me any single update about this

App is still showing return created but when I tap to return and refund details it is showing your product may lost

Literally Worst experience ever
I want my money back at any how
After that I will uninstall this cheap Aap

Not gonna recommend this fraud aap to anyone
