I requested a new connection on hathway official website and a executive from hathway connected me on 12sep 2023 (Amulya reddy-9652785730) ,starting she given me quotation for 3 months around Rs2360 then I negotiated for 2 months plan then she said its available for Rs1296 , I said ok and I received the payment link i paid the amount , the Installation guy came to our area and said no connection is available for this area and asked to get refund from Hathway , then iam keep on calling the amulya she is not responding my call or messages so iam requesting you to take action on Amulya reddy and get my paid amount back , or else i have option to file a case on online scam section 420. I have attached a screenshot and PDf please go through that for your reference.
