There is a serious fraud done by HATHW@Y and they are not refunding my money i am calling HATHW@Y customer services and since last friday ie feb 2nd 2018 till date ie feb 6th everytime they say there servers are down and ask me to call and also when i ask for a supervisor they deny giving a supervisor.
even the sales guy to whome i paid the money is giving me diff numbers but till date no one has given me any answer HATHWAY have duped me of my money, GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
EVERYTIME I CALL ON HATHWAY CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPT IN MUMBAI THEY SAY THERIR SERVERS ARE DOWN AND WHEN I ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR THEY SAY HE IS BUSY AND THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY SAYING THAT SERVER IS DOWN

also interestingly i had even mailed to the hathway nodal officer sikender ali but even he has not replied,everytimer they have an excuse that since the servers are down they have no records this is V V FISH SUCH A BRAND IS MAKING FRAUD AND NOW I HAVE TO CALL EVERYDAY TO GET SAME ANSWER TO CALLBACK AGAIN
