My wife is using vodafone mobile No 9953776708 since last 9 years.She has now been informed that the balance of approx Rs 345 cannot be used as she has to pay service charges or opt for a new tariff scheme.This arbitrary change of forcing customers to buy a new scheme during the validity of a previous scheme is extremely unfair and unethical.
It takes at least 1 hour to get through to a customer care executive on your extremely unfriendly and ineffective help line. The executive whom I got through after an hour was extremely unhelpful and rude.
I request for the email Id or contact No of a senior executive who is in a position to give a satisfactory response to this unfair and arbitrary decision of denying a service for which I have already paid and for this extremely poor and inconsiderate marketing strategy of forcing a customer to pay for a new scheme during the currency of an ongoing scheme which has been fully paid for.
If no help is forthcoming I will have no option but to switch to some other service provider who will be more responsive and reasonable.
