Text of Complaint by dinesh:

I did a prepaid recharge of Rs 149 for my brother using Airtel recharge online through ICICI debit card.
Recharge was successful.
However balance is not reflected to my brothers account.
Mobile no is 7709390934.

Anything wrong?

Following is the message received in my mail ID from Bank.

Dear Customer,

Greetings from ICICI Bank.

A purchase of INR 149.00 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX6520 on 05-Dec-18. Info: MIN*BHARTI AIRT.
