Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Harassment Over EMI Payment Delay

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the treatment I have received concerning a minor delay in my EMI payment.

Despite the delay being just three days, the level of harassment and undue pressure I have faced from your representatives has been highly distressing. The incessant calls, intimidating language, and unprofessional behavior have not only been unwarranted but have also added undue stress during an already challenging time.

I understand the importance of meeting financial commitments and have every intention of settling the outstanding EMI amount as soon as possible. However, the treatment I have received is unacceptable and goes against the principles of customer service and respect.

I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that customers are treated with dignity and professionalism at all times. No individual should have to endure such harassment over a minor payment delay.
